Ordering from AplusN.com is secure and private. Orders on our site are encrypted (scrambled) with SSL technology so that for the brief period of time your information travels over the Internet, nobody can read it. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within three weeks. Please note that items purchased on HOT DEALS are considered FINAL SALE, and returns will not be accepted.

Shipping
A plus N ships orders, with only a few exceptions, within 48 hours of the date they are placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. For expedited shipments or any special arrangement, please contact us at info@AplusN.com. Shipping within the US is only $5. Canada shipments are $15 and international - $50. International duties and taxes may be levied by the shipper at the recipient's door.

Cleaning Instructions
Fabrics that we use are treated for stain and water repellence. If it gets scuffed, please use a cloth, water and mild soap for cleaning. Leather is a natural material that needs to be treated with care. Avoid excessive moisture or heat, so your bag serves you longer.

Returns and Exchanges
A plus N guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you suspect a manufacturing defect, we provide a 60-day free repair or free exchange of your item. If you are unsatisfied with the size, color or quality of a full-priced item, you may return it and choose another item in another size or color. Please note that all HOT DEALS items are considered Final Sale. We are glad to issue a full refund or exchange of merchandise returned within 15 days of receiving with valid receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we can not be responsible for lost packages. For exchanges, please note that an additional shipping charge will be applied. Returned merchandise must not show any signs of use including marks, scratches, or wear of any kind. We can not accept any used merchandise.
